You might have a greater success rate if you question this in the fitness & Nutrition section.

if you have a set of dumb bells then i got an brilliant workout for your shoulders. first start out light so you don’t hurt any muscle tissue and once you have gotten use to it then you can start adding more weight. stand with your knees slightly bent, dumb bells at your sides and slowly lift them outwards until they are even with your shoulder’s. bring them back to your sides and repeat.do it until you start to feel it burn and when it’s burning do like 2 more reps. over a period of time once you get use to it and it doesn’t really burn then up the rep’s. do 2 to 3 set’s a day. before long you’ll start to see results….excellent luck

the best exercise for shoulders are handstand pushups. youd be surprised how much they help. work your way up to being able to do 3 sets of 10 of them. i promise you will notice a difference in your shoulders, an extremely substantial difference.
