Changes in diet to go from fit to fit, lean and very firm?
I’m fit. I exercise regularly. Martial arts, gym training(weights/running) and recently Ive just started boxing training which is fantastic! Im just stuggling with diet. What to eat? I know what is healthy and what is not but I want to make my body further into a very lean one, lower my BMI and stout% to around 18-19 or lower if possible. I want to be healthy but LOOK and feel as hard as I work out.
I’ll go shopping for suggested foods tomorrow (nothing wierd branded as Im in Korea) simple foods from the supermarket please.
Ive heard when you’re excersising a lot, high protein is excellent….Im a vege…so???lentils, tofu, beans, cheese, nuts? I like salad…like tofu…have whey powder..like sweet potatoes..Im simple with food, but simple is best.
Can you give me a sample simple diet to try for weight and stout down but power for training. Im putting this in men’s health and diet category because I get a lot of silly answers from women about dieting..Im not stout, I just want to perfect.
Thanks

you sound hot! and you do martial arts? THATS SUPER HOT!! lol
do you have a myspace? : )
anyhow, being a vege kinda makes it tough. i was gonna say eat a lot of protien like eggs, chicken, fish, protein bars ect, but that wont work.
youll have to find a way to get a lot of quality protien. many of the hottest fitness models eat lots of protien to help them build the body you are describing. i was really kinda shocked when i started learning about it. pick up an issue of muscle and fitness ("joe welders") and read thru it and youll learn a ton of usefull stuff, even for a woman. they really feature women and thier routines every month.
another book to buy or rent would be "body for life" by bill phillips. he talks about food as well
seeing as your looking for a real toned, very low stout look, youll want to avoid to much carbs and stick more to lean proteins.
