Does any of these Khrushchev Prophecies sound familiar?

The following is just a part of what was entered into the Congressional Record by Albert Hertong, Jr. in 1963.

1. Do away with loyalty oaths. (I have memories of the Pledge of Allegience from elementary school.
2. Capture one or both of the political parties.
3. Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.
4. Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for Socialism and current communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers associations. Place the party line in text books.
5. Infiltrate the press. Get control of book review assignments, editorial writing & policy making positions.
6. Gain control of key positions in radio, tv & motion pictures.
7. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them censorship and violation of free speech and free press.
8. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and tv.
9. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promoscuity as normal, natural and healthy.
10. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion and social religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a religious crutch.
11. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the grounds that it violates the principle of ’separation of church & state’.
12. Discredit the American founding fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the common man.
13. Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history on the grounds that it was only a minor part of the huge picture.
14. Support any socialist movement to give centralized control over any part of the culture-education, social agencies, welfare programs, mental health clinics.
15. Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and simple divorce.
16. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, ancient fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hinderance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
17. Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents attitudes, prejudices, mental blocks and retarding children of suppressive influence of parents.

Do you remember Khrushchev saying to the Prime Minister at a U.N. Meeting? "We will bury you". He later clarified that the West’s own working class will bury the government.

I will leave these predictions from the early 1960’s for you to choose if these seems to fit in our modern day world.
