Health Insurance for 48 Million additional people, where is the magic bunny that is going to jump up and pay?
We all know that Government is a failure in all that they attempt to do. We have a President that has never worked in the private sector, never employed one person, does not know how to run a business, probably is not a US citizen, and believes we can spend our way out of the current delima. Sir you as an intelligent man, I hope will not follow the President as he takes us down the path to being a third world country.. The health care bill will in fact send nearly all our doctors and skilled health care provider scurring to the borders of the US to set up clinics in foreign countries, ( Canada and Mexico)
from which they will provide healthcare to American that cross the border.
Have you read the health care bill? As an intelligent person who has worked for everything we have, no government handouts here, I CANNOT believe you as an elected rep. of our country and our people that you are willing to ship us all down the tubes by following the likes of Obama, Reid and Pelosi…. UNABLE TO GET MY MIND AROUND SUCH THINKING.

I reckon they will target businesses. But, that will just be incentive for the businesses to leave the country. He IS trying to chase the private businesses out of the country, isn’t he?
Or maybe he’ll just charge it on his limitless credit card (until China gets tired of loaning us money).
The could significantly cut medicare payments for our seniors. They’ve "only" paid into Medicare for the last 40+ years for their meager benefits.
Maybe he’ll try to tax the smokers again. After all, smokers are "only" paying 100% taxes on tobacco. Really, there are a lot of "risky" behaviors that he could tax—sky diving, motorcycles, alcohol, sugary sodas, etc.
Or they could use the designation of carbon dioxide as a "public danger" and tax people for the air that they exhale.
Considering how our government is thinking, the possibilities are endless (and saddening to those of us who value freedom and self-responsibility).
