Health Question; 14 years old?
I am going to be 14 years ancient this Wednesday and I am wondering if I am healthy. Currently 120 pounds 5 feet 9 inches.
Also is this an OK daily food plot?
Breakfest- None (just not hungry for it)
Lunch- Baked Flaming Hot Cheetoes (200 calories)
Snack- 2 apples and orange
Dinner- Lean pocket (220 calories)
Snack- Apple and Orange, maybe a banana or strawberries
Workout plot- Exercise roughly 30 minutes in P.E. And do another 30 running 5.2 miles per hour. Then lifting about 100 sets of 15 pounds and alternating to 8 pounds.
I ran the mile in 7 Minutes and 41 Seconds. But my heart hurt really terrible after this.
Also chewing slowly helped A LOT so thanks for that.
Anything I need to do to add or change my plot?
(I know I am only 14 years ancient but I reckon doing this will make it a habit in the future which will make me most likely fit. Also my dad is kinda stout and I DO NOT want to grow up like him. My mom is a small chubby. My friends are real nice laid out. They do not do anything and can eat fries and cheese burgers every day without gaining a single pound. They have abs and strong muscles. I want that!
MAINLY!! What is the best way for a 14 year ancient to get the best benifits of food and workout for small man boobs and small stout on the stomach. I want to be flat.
