How long untill i see results?!?! Working out everyday?!?
Ive been working out 5 days a week. Here is what i do
-30 minutes of intense cardio 5 days a week
-Every day i do intense ab workouts (5 days a week)
-Every second day i do Weights for my arms and back, pushups, squatts, lunges, and i do sevreal reps.
I just started doing this a Month ago, I have already noticed a SIGNIFICANT increase in how toned my arms and legs are..
I normally dont need to work out but i want to get toned for summer….
How long till i see results on my stomach and face and whatnot?!?! I heard that stomach is the last place you loose weight?
I kno this is mens health but i know all men are workout gurus so im asking it here….
