I am 20 years old, but I am experiencing some symptoms of prostate health issues, what are my options?

I am only 20 years ancient but I have been having some problems that led me to do some research. After I am finished urinating, I continue on my day but urine continues to slowly leak out. I read some of the symptoms of prostate problems and this is the only symptom that I experience, I do not have any pain or troubles urinating, only the distress of urine leaking out. This has really been happening for quite some time now, possibly more than a year. Is there something I can do on my own to fix this? Do One-A-Day Men’s Health vitamins do anything? Or should I go to a doctor and clarify that I’ve been having this problem for a while? Is this perhaps a sign of cancer or just irritation?

The odds of prostate cancer are VERY remote. It is more likely that you have prostatitis (infection of prostate gland) or a urinary tract infection. Consult your GP for a urine sample. If inconclusive, a prostate examination will need to be performed.
