its amusing that no signs they showed said anything racist.

  2. ddsharper on: 5 February 2010 at 6:50 am

midnight7 Apparently you haven’t learned the rules of Ameria. Whites only admonish blacks, even those “excellent whites” as you say exist. They do not admonish one another unless they are pushed against the wall. They excuse one another, say to ignore it, say the people made stupid comments but they only vehemently admonish negroes.

  3. midnight7sunz on: 5 February 2010 at 7:45 am

so you people reckon hes incorrect with all the water melon and jiggaboo displays ………i use to reckon white people were over this BUT NOW IM STARTING TO SEE THRU THESE COMMENTS ON YOUTUBE THAT YOU APPROVE OF THESE HATEFUL IMAGES AND MAKE FUN OF CARTER FOR BRINGING IT TO LIGHT…EVEN THE REPORTER SPEAKS ON THE IMAGES……IM GLAD THERE ARE STILL SOME EXCELLENT WHITE PEOPLE I WISH YOU GUYS WOULD TALK TO THOSE WHO DESPISE SO MUCH

  4. xphilemike on: 5 February 2010 at 8:32 am

It’s not inaccurate at all. And, you are incorrect; the root source of the problem is NOT poverty, it’s illegitimacy. Nearly 90% of black children are born out of wedlock! They don’t have the stability of an intact home which (since you know SO much about Sociology) leads to the high crime rates, poverty, lack of education, reliance of government help, etc..

  5. Camelnooma on: 5 February 2010 at 9:12 am

Well he’s clearly dellusional, he certainly belongs in a nursing home. And I highly doubt he has a significant hand in the Carter Center, it has his name, that’s probably his entire contribution…oh and his money.

  6. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 9:37 am

Um, probably because he’s too busy running the Carter Center and publishing books?

  7. Camelnooma on: 5 February 2010 at 9:41 am

Annnnd he’s not in a nursing home yet because????

  8. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 10:36 am

Lol, send them the books. I like it. I need to remember that. It’s really a very excellent thought.

  9. skfamily1 on: 5 February 2010 at 11:29 am

I respect your thought. I’ve studied some Sociology already. But if the problem is the poor, send them these books. Maybe it will motivate them. I’m already motivated and frankly am tired of footing the bill for them.

  10. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 12:21 pm

    I have studied it…extensively.

Education IS a problem among the poor, glad you were able to see that.

Like I said, you should study some sociology to see where your stereotypes are somewhat amiss.

There are some really excellent books that are not too thick, yet get the info across nicely and fascinatingly by James Heslin. Both “Down to Earth Sociology” and “Social Problems” are very excellent and simple reads.

You can get them used super cheap, make sure you get the latest editions.

  11. skfamily1 on: 5 February 2010 at 1:20 pm

Lots. Racism is alive, always will be. Education is a problem among the poor. But excellent lord how many opportunities and generations is it going to take to improve that population. Free public school, college grants, vocational help. THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY ARE BONE IDLE, LACK PRIDE, AND MOTIVATION! You can’t motivate people unless they want to improve. Study that one.

  12. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 2:10 pm

    Lol.

How many white people do you suppose voted AGAINST Obama because he was black?

You’re stereotyping of black people is pretty yucky, as well as inaccurate.

I suggest studying some sociology. It will really open your eyes to the real situation at hand, which is poverty.

  13. skfamily1 on: 5 February 2010 at 2:17 pm

People have the right to believe what they want to, racist or not. This is America, like it or leave it! They drove around picking up older black people in the inner city to vote at the poles. They hadn’t voted in years. I’d be embarrased if I won like that! They were coerced to vote for Obama. They thought they’d get an extra govin’ment check in the mail. If anything excellent comes of his presidency maybe he can get blacks motivated and become contributing members of society.

  14. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 2:52 pm

No, never said that at all. I was just asking you what you thought, because it is an fascinating situation. I don’t have a solid opinion on it.

What I AM saying, though, is simple…many people despise Obama because he is black.

For evidence of this, Google: Obama nigger.

Look at many of the racist signs and slogans at these teabagger rallies.

You can Google Images for those, too.

  15. post105 on: 5 February 2010 at 2:59 pm

FranzHess- So you’re saying that white people should vote FOR their race.

  16. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 3:33 pm

You bet there was. Not denying there wasn’t.

Voting FOR someone of your own race for the first time after generations of oppression, I would say, is a form of racism….how could it not be.

Do you reckon there is a difference between voting FOR someone because of their race, rather than AGAINST someone because of it?

  17. post105 on: 5 February 2010 at 3:50 pm

FranzHess – Was there a ” Pretty heavy double standard ” on ” Who’s policies would benefit them more ” when all of the blacks voted for Obama over Hillary?

  18. post105 on: 5 February 2010 at 4:05 pm

fgwbush – Oh no.. You guys must have misunderstood.. I wasn’t referring about McCain, or Republicans… I was meaning in the primaries when all of the blacks voted for Obama over Hillary.

  19. fgwbush on: 5 February 2010 at 4:24 pm

President Lyndon B. Johnson pushed through the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 (outlawing segregation in public places) and his eventual Republican opponent, Sen. Barry Goldwater, opposed it. Johnson got 94 percent of the black vote that year, still a record for any presidential election.

The following year Johnson signed the 1965 Voting Rights Act. No Republican presidential candidate has gotten more than 15 percent of the black vote since.

    Factcheck

  20. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 5:06 pm

Wait…hold it….you’re not gonna Google it???? ROTF

    What are you worried of??

Seriously, how long would it take? 15 seconds??

Go ahead, because I reckon it will really surprise you.

Yes, you’re right, blacks voted for Obama. So….whose policies would benefit them more….McCains, or Obamas???? Pretty heavy double standard there, huh.

    Google Obama nigger. Go ahead.

    Then Google McCain whitey.

  21. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 5:22 pm

Right. That’s why so many people refer to him as a nigger. Right? Google it. Hell, I see people on YouTube call him a nigger regularly.

I NEVER see him referred to as “That damn Mulatto”, even though Mulatto is considered nearly as offensive as nigger here in the US.

Get your facts straight. This is the US, Unfortunately, there is still plenty of racist sentiment that considers 1/2 black and 1/2 white BLACK.

  22. skfamily1 on: 5 February 2010 at 5:36 pm

FranzHess, Is that what they teach kids in the public schools today? In order to be “black” you seriously have to have two parents that are of African ancestry. Otherwise you are Mulatto. That’s like saying a baby that is half Spanish and Half African is “black”. Get your facts straight!

  23. post105 on: 5 February 2010 at 5:56 pm

Please clarify to me how you have arrived at your conclusion that there are enough racists voters existing out there that would somehow deter any of Obama’s policies from going through strictly because of racism?

I feel communicating with you is beyond silly. And no – I’m not wasting my time Googling anything. If anything, I would venture to say that there is a higher number of blacks that voted for Obama strictly due to race then there are kkk racists. So if anything Obama has the advantage

  24. FranzHess on: 5 February 2010 at 6:06 pm

    Your post is beyond silly.

    Google Obama nigger.

    Still frightened?

  25. dyadtwo on: 5 February 2010 at 6:29 pm

It was Carter’s comments that were racist. Obama-voters were 12% black and 88% white. If those whites were such racists, they would have supported a white candidate. It’s time for Carter to shut up retire to a nursing home.
