This pill is large, uncoated & has a rough texture thus makes it impossible to swallow. I am a 25 year ancient male and usually do not have distress swallowing pills but this pill has been a problem. Even though the pill contains no iron and is thus fantastic for most males it ends up being useless because it can’t be swallowed.

Have been using the Mens Health Formula for about 3 months now. This is the first vitamin I’ve taken where there is a demonstrable difference in my body’s function with its use. These have improved this man’s health, I’m 50, in the bedroom. Highly recommended, just need Amazon to place these on subscribe and save.

My diet has stayed relatively the same (relatively healthy). The only change I’ve made is switching from Centrum to One-A-day. I’ve been using this product for 2 months, and it seems I’ve been more resistant to colds and have been more “regular” since taking this supplement.
I’m knocking off a star because these may be hard to swallow for some people (like me). The pills don’t have any sort of external coating on them to aid in swallowing. Additionally, if/when these become moist, the pill all but adheres to your tongue because of its gritty surface. I’ve had to throw out a few pills because I was not able to swallow them. A fresh pill solved the problem. My recommendation is to reduce moisture in your mouth to a minimum before taking.
