I switched from Centrum to this brand because it was on sale. It turned out to be a pretty terrible deal in the end as it upset my stomach.
I went back to Centrum and couldn’t be more pleased.

A bottle of vitamins. I probably wind up dumping most in the toilet (as do we all), but these seem to get excellent reviews and are reasonably priced, so there you go.

Before buying this product, I researched Centrum as well. This product according to the reviews and my useage of it to this point prove it is the best multi-vitamin on the market.

I just want to echo BTrain’s comments. I was taking the red One-A-Day multivitamin/multimineral. Unfortunately, they have been discontinued. They were huge but coated, so they were simple to swallow. These things are like swallowing a horse pill.

I shopped around when the multi-vitamins I was taking were discontinued and these seem to be the best out there for you.
One thing to note that these are huge pills and they aren’t coated to go down simpler. If you have distress swallowing for some reason you might want to be careful around these.
