I bought these vitamins for my husband, but they upset his stomach every time. Even with a small amount of food he gets sick, and only keeps them down with a full meal. This may just be a sensitivity on his part because I bought the same brand for myself and I only feel sick of my stomach is empty. Overall I’ve liked the one-a-day brand.

I tried it on a full stomache. Felt sick. Tried it just to see if that was it. Sick again. I gave the bottle away to a friend same age. Guess what? He was sick all day. Never would I recomend this.

How do you review a vitamin supplement? It didn’t immediately supercharge me so I have to review it on value for money which is brilliant

I seem to have more energy when I take these, but they do hurt my stomach. With food it’s not as terrible. On an empty stomach it’s nearly unbearable. I am lactose intolerant so maybe they are using cheap fillers that are dairy based.

I’ve been taking one of these before bed every day for years without ever getting an upset stomach.
