Rowing Machine vs. Interval Sprints?
I was wondering if anyone knew the pros and cons of using either a rowing machine against interval sprints and vice versa. Since I’ve chose to read Men’s Health the past few months I’ve come across both these techniques as a method of burning of the last few pounds of body stout that currently reside around my midsection. My question is which is more effective or are they both legitimate? Does the effect of the rowing machine, which supposedly burns 50% more stout than any other machine, last hours after you’ve finished a workout like interval sprints do? Should I alternate between the two? Any advice from anyone who has used these techniques in the past is appreciated.

I really row on the water in a boat, so I hope my experience will be accurate for you.
Rowing as well as interval sprints will drop weight. My best suggestion is to alternate them since they generally use different muscle groups. I also run 10 miles a day, and that helps a lot to keep me thin.
Have you looked at your diet? Cut any empty carbs including alcohol?
Rowing is much lower impact and works your entire body.
I recently saw a report that talked about professional rowers and how their Hearts are so strong. The are often mistaken for an abnormality.
