Should I just apply the Fat burning gel and workout?

Hi ,

I am a 25yr ancient guy, 55kg at 1.68m tall who want to see his abs have that sculptured look. I have been eating the right food and have been reading Men’s Health and have also incorporated the right fitness workout to have the desired abs. I have been working out for the past 2 & ½ mths, but I have always notice this small small flabby tummy that I have. I would really like to have it off so that my lower abs could be seen.

So I went to the Pharmacy store and consulted a staff. She said if were to apply this Stout burning gel and do my workout, 3.3cm of fats would disappear. But making my flabby tummy disappear is one thing , but would that affect me in any way of achieving a well sculpted abs? I was in doubt.

So should I just workout and lose the abs ( which I have been doing so and nothing is happening all this while) OR should I just apply the Stout burning gel and workout?

I recommend workout all the way, it is more natural and the only side effect is tiredness. Compare with stout burning gel which include high blood pressure, hair loss, urinary tract problems, sex drive disturbances, heart attacks and strokes

To get your abs to be visible, maintain your healthy diet and work on abdominal exercises like pull ups, consult your gym instructor for more exercises
