Stupid health gain weight quesiton?

Written By: admin on July 6, 2009 One Comment

I bought a protein supplement. The name is called Cytogainer and each serving contains 54g protein, 98% lactose free, 97% stout free, 3g of creatine, and 2g glutamine. PRe-digested whey peptides. The "Supplement Facts" has alot of stuff listed. Some of the things in there is zinc, copper, iodine, iron. My question is this. Doesn’t iodine kill you if u drink it?? I’m a bit nervous about using Cytogainer because of things like zinc a copper. Here’s the link of what i Bought: http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=CYTOSPORT&item=CS091
the supplement helps u gain weight & muscle mass. That’s why i bought it. just the fact of the zinc, copper, iron, iodine, makes me nervous
I don’t reckon i was clear, Just so everyone is aware though, I am trying to GAIN weight, not lose weight. I’m like 137lb, and i’m 21. I want to get to 150.
