    Less red meat; more fish. Increase daily consumption of fruits & veggies. Drink more water; cut back on both coffee & pop. Go with more color in your diet. Instead of white rice, reach for the brown rice. Instead of white potatoes, try red. The more colorful your plate is, the more nutrients you’ll be consuming. Add more fiber & whole grains while cutting back on simple carbs & sugars. Consider buying a juicer, & drink carrot juice daily.
