suggestions needed while TTC?

Every1 can see i been ttc for some time. My man of 11 years that i already have an 11 year ancient son with has low sperm count. I just posted a question in men’s health & some people said no matter what we do it won’t help. Does any1 know how right or hard it is to get pregnant with low count. The Dr also gave me a script for clomid cause i have a long cycle. In the mean time my man don’t hardly drink, quit smoking marijuana months ago, tries to eat healthy, taking vitamin c supplement,& Fertil aid that is known to increase a low count. he also wears loose boxers. I’ve done all the research & i use the clear blue simple fertility monitor every month. I’m just very depressed over the situation & don’t know if i should just give up on the hope of another baby. He keeps saying to reckon positive & by august i’ll be pregnant. What’s august though & he’s a man of course he’s gonna say that. Sorry so long,but if any1 has had a similar situation please feel free. Thanks again & only serious suggestions/answers please
