working out?
i am starting a men’s health workout regimen. it gives alotted times as to how many reps must be done and how many seconds brake i get to take between exercises. i already feel tired after the first work out that i need longer than 45 second brakes….to catch my breath…..i wanted to keep within the limit of the time provided for workouts…..i hope this is ok for my first night of working out????

45 second breaks are pretty hard, and going over to about 2 or 3 minutes isn’t terrible. Just don’t start taking breaks of like 10 minutes, you want to keep your workout intense.
